CONDUCT

The office is still open but your visit to Refugee Women’s Association is going to be a little different from usual as we want to ensure the safety of yourself and our staff.

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to see clients on a drop-in basis so they will be by appointment only.We fully understand that you may not have the equipment to send relevant documents and some cases cannot be dealt with remotely which is why we have been open throughout lockdown to provide vital support.

Appointment Protocol

If you feel unwell, develop a cough or temperature before or on the day of your appointment, please contact us straight away and let us know so we can rearrange your appointment.

Where possible, please come alone and ensure you do not arrive too early or late – this allows us to limit the number of people in the office and ensure social distancing. Only bring essential belongings with you.

The corridor door will be closed and locked so please call when you are outside and wait until your appointment where you will be let in.

Please wear a face covering which full covers your mouth and nose unless medically exempt. This should be kept on during the entire duration of the appointment. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one.

Temperature checks will be taken on arrival and you will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering.
